Terms of use

CantierePro · Last updated: 18 August 2026

The subscription has no minimum term: you can cancel it whenever you like, with no penalties and without having to contact us, and it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your data stays yours afterwards too: when the subscription expires it is the Pro features that switch off, not your archives.

These terms govern the use of the CantierePro application and of the CantierePro Pro subscription. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

1. Who provides the app

HyLogix di Carrozzo Fabio — Italian VAT no. IT04223690043 — Via Curva 18, 12030 Faule (CN), Italy — email: [email protected].

CantierePro is developed and provided by HyLogix di Carrozzo Fabio. Contact: [email protected]. The app is distributed exclusively through the official stores: Apple's App Store, for iPhone, iPad and Macs with Apple silicon, and Google Play, for Android devices — phones, tablets, foldables and Chromebooks that run Android apps. The features available depend on the hardware: camera and GPS position require a device equipped with them.

2. Licence of use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use CantierePro on your devices: iPhone, iPad and Macs with Apple silicon associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with the App Store rules, and Android devices associated with your Google account, in accordance with the Google Play rules. The subscription is valid on all the devices linked to the same store account you bought it from: one subscription is enough, not one per device. The app remains our property: the licence concerns its use, not the transfer of the software.

A subscription is valid on the store where you bought it. The two stores do not talk to each other, and CantierePro has neither accounts of its own nor servers on which to keep a register of who has paid — it is the same choice that keeps your data on the device. It follows that a subscription bought on the App Store is not recognised on Android, and one bought on Google Play is not recognised on Apple devices.

On Apple devices, Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies (Licensed Application End User License Agreement); on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. In the event of conflict between those agreements and these terms, the store's agreement prevails as regards the matters it governs.

You may not resell the app or distribute it on behalf of third parties, nor decompile it, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by mandatory provisions of law (in particular for interoperability purposes).

3. Your content is yours

Photographs, videos, voice notes, text, PDF reports and archives that you produce with CantierePro are your exclusive property. We acquire no rights over them, we do not access them and we do not use them for any purpose. You are responsible for their content and for compliance with the applicable rules when you photograph people, places or things and when you process the data of clients and workers.

4. CantierePro Pro subscription

4.1 Plans and free trial

CantierePro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available in two plans — monthly and annual — whose current prices are always shown in the app before purchase, in the currency of your country.

Both plans include a 7-day free trial. The trial is available only once per store account — one Apple ID on the App Store, one Google account on Google Play: if you have already used it, the app tells you so and the subscription starts as a paid one straight away.

4.2 No minimum term

There is no minimum term, no tie-in and no penalties. You can cancel whenever you like, even the day after subscribing. There is no need to contact us, no need to give reasons and nothing to agree with us: it is entirely in your hands, through your Apple ID or your Google account, depending on the store you bought from.

4.3 Renewal

  • Payment is charged to the store account — your Apple ID or your Google account — upon confirmation of purchase or, if you are on the free trial, at the end of the 7 days.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the price of the plan then in force, unless cancelled: on the App Store the charge is made within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period; on Google Play, on the renewal date shown on the subscription page.
  • Cancellation must be made before the renewal: on the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — this is Apple's rule, and it applies to all apps — and on Google Play before the renewal date. In either case it is best not to leave it to the last day.
  • If you are on the free trial and do not want to be charged, cancel before the end of the 7 days, and on the App Store at least 24 hours before. Cancelling during the trial incurs no charge.

4.4 How to cancel

On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsCantiereProCancel Subscription. You will find the same path, as a direct link, inside the app too under Settings → CantierePro Pro, or at this address: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. From a Mac: App Store → your name at the bottom left → Account SettingsSubscriptions.

On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile picture at the top right → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptionsCantiereProCancel subscription. The same path can be reached at this address: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

4.5 What happens when you cancel

  • The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for: you do not lose the days you have bought.
  • After expiry the Pro features switch off, but your data stays yours and stays where it is: photos, jobs, notes and voice notes are neither deleted nor locked.
  • The PDF reports and .zip backups that you have already saved or shared outside the app (Files, email, cloud) remain your files and we do not touch them. On your device the app keeps only the last 5 archives generated, so as not to fill up your memory: the ones you want to keep must be saved elsewhere.
  • Restoring a backup always remains possible, even without an active subscription: we do not hold your archives hostage.
  • Synchronisation between devices switches off. The data already in your cloud storage remains yours: on iPhone and iPad you remove it from the device's iCloud settings; on Android you can delete from the app the archive held on your Google Drive.

4.6 Prices, refunds and right of withdrawal

  • Any price increase is never applied without telling you: the store notifies you in advance and, in the cases provided for by its rules, the subscription does not renew until you give your explicit consent.
  • Refunds are handled exclusively by the store that sold the subscription, and not by us: for purchases on the App Store, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for those on Google Play, through the purchase support section of Google Play.
  • If you are purchasing as a consumer, European law grants you a right of withdrawal on digital purchases; the relevant conditions and procedures are established and managed by the store in its capacity as seller.
  • Payment is made through the store, with your Apple ID or your Google account: we do not see, do not receive and do not process any payment data.
  • If you change device or reinstall the app, the subscription is recovered from the same store account you bought it with (on Apple devices with Restore Purchases): no CantierePro account is needed, because none exists.

5. Free features and Pro features

The features included in each plan are indicated in the app. We may add features or improve existing ones over time, at no additional cost to you.

We may modify or remove a feature included in the subscription only for a valid reason — compliance with legal rules or with the store rules (App Store and Google Play), security, or the unavailability of a third-party technology on which the feature relies — and at no additional cost to you. If the change has a negative and not insignificant impact on your use of the app, we will notify you in the app with reasonable notice and you will be able to withdraw from the subscription, with the right to a refund of the unused portion in accordance with the store's procedures. Your right to cancel at any time remains unaffected in any case.

6. Proper use

CantierePro must be used in compliance with the law. In particular you are required to comply with the rules on confidentiality, data protection and workers' rights when you photograph or record on site, and to obtain any authorisations that may be necessary in order to access and document the premises.

7. Status of the documents produced

CantierePro is a documentation tool: it automatically records the date, the time and — if location is authorised — the GPS coordinates detected by the device, and numbers the shots sequentially in the reports.

This data comes from the device's sensors and from system services: it does not constitute a certification and does not confer on the documents produced any predetermined legal or evidential value. The assessment of a document in technical, administrative or judicial proceedings rests exclusively with the competent authorities and professionals. It remains your responsibility to verify that what you document is correct and complete before delivering or using it.

Date, time and coordinates come from the clock, from the device's sensors and from the platform's location services — Apple on Apple devices, Google on Android: they carry the margin of error inherent in those technologies and may be imprecise or absent, for instance indoors, in basement spaces or where the GPS signal is weak. If the device's time is set manually to an incorrect value, the shots will report that value. Always check the data reported before using a report.

8. Service availability and limitations

The app runs on your device. Synchronisation and backup are optional features, off until you switch them on yourself, and they rest on cloud storage that is yours: iCloud on Apple devices, your own Google Drive on Android. They therefore depend on Apple's and Google's services, on the space available on your plan and on the connection: we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, because they are not under our control.

Synchronisation copies the files too — photographs, videos and voice notes — and not just the job data. The space taken up is charged to your cloud plan, not ours: if it runs out, synchronisation stops until you free up space or move to a larger plan. Heavy files are queued for upload only when you are on Wi-Fi, unless you expressly allow the mobile network; the transfer is then carried out by the cloud service in accordance with your device's system settings.

On Android the remote copy is encrypted, and you are the one who keeps the key. Synchronisation on Android is available from the version of the app that introduces it. The data is encrypted on the device before it leaves, with a key that we do not receive and cannot reconstruct, and it ends up in the app's private folder inside your Google Drive. To add a second device, you are the one who copies the key code across to it. One consequence follows, and it is better to know it beforehand than afterwards: if you lose the key, that copy is no longer readable by anyone, ourselves included, and there is no recovery procedure — we never had the key in the first place. The data you hold on the device stays intact: what is lost is the remote copy, not your archive. Keep the code somewhere safe.

Always make copies of data you cannot afford to lose. The app provides the export of a complete .zip archive for precisely this purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss of data due to device failures, uninstallation of the app, malfunctions of Apple's or Google's services, loss of the encryption key or your failure to make backup copies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including the rights to which you are entitled as a consumer under Italian and European law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the features or the store rules change. The updated version is published on this page with a new date and, if the changes are significant, flagged in the app. Use of the app after publication constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept the new terms you can cancel the subscription and uninstall the app.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union, the mandatory provisions of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract continue to apply in your favour (Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, “Rome I”). If you are acting as a consumer, the courts of the place where you have your residence or domicile remain competent and the non-derogable protections provided for by the Italian Consumer Code remain unaffected. For relations with parties acting in the exercise of a professional activity, the competent court is that of the place where HyLogix di Carrozzo Fabio has its registered office.
